Pertemps are recruiting for a highly organised and detail-focused Admin Assistant to support a busy Business Manager within a well-established company in Oldbury. This is a part-time role working two days per week, with Friday as a fixed day and the second day flexible to suit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and manage data across internal systems.
- Assist the Business Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate digital and paper records.
- Handle basic customer or internal enquiries via phone and email.
- Support invoice monitoring and general office documentation.
- Provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time with a high level of accuracy.
- Previous administration or data entry experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working at pace and prioritising tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office (Sage experience is a bonus but not essential).
Office Hours: 08:00 – 17:00, with a 16:30 finish on Friday
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Ongoing temporary role
