Junior Solicitor - Private Client / Probate - Harrow, North London - £38k-£45k (DoE)We are on the hunt of an ambitious individual looking to be undertake a Junior Solicitor role dealing with Private Client / Probate matters. Joining a growing firm in Harrow, the Junior Solicitor will support the delivery of high-quality private client legal services under the supervision of an experienced solicitor. The role involves managing a varied caseload, developing strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the firm by assisting with client retention and business development.Key responsibilities as the Junior Solicitor (Private Client / Probate) will include:Assisting in the drafting and administration of Wills, ensuring documents accurately reflect clients'' wishes and comply with current legislationSupporting and advising on Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning, including the preparation of IHT calculations and supporting documentationUndertaking work relating to the Administration of EstatesAssisting with the creation and administration of TrustsManaging matters relating to Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) including drafting and registrationManaging Court of Protection mattersActing as a key point of contact for clients and providing clear, practical and empathetic adviceAssisting with initiatives to attract new clientsMaintaining accurate filesAdhering to regulatory and internal compliance requirements at all timesMaintaining up-to-date knowledge through training and ..... full job details .....
