YOUR MISSION As an Estimator, your mission is to continue the efficiency, quality and flow of the commercial function of the business, ensuring the smooth, efficient review and technical finalisation of commercially cleared enquiries assigned. You will be responsible for ensuring all quotes issued are to the highest standards and qualified suitably per project. As a key touch point in the customer journey pre-order, you set the standard for customer service, but also technical accuracy across the business. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high levels of production efficiency, technical accuracy and customer satisfaction. JOB PURPOSETo be responsible for evaluating specifications and drawings ensuring that we are aware of all facts so that an accurate price. To provide assigned quotes to the customer in an accurate and timely manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To be responsible for the preparation of quotes. To communicate with customers and our clients personnel when required to ascertain correct up to date information on projects. To ensure all quotations are returned to customers on time.
