Assist in the valuation of work completed, managing payment applications, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. Support in the negotiation and settlement of variations, claims, and disputes, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve any cost-related queries.
