You''ll spearhead business development, lead a talented sales team, and grow revenues across two exceptional, culture-led venues in the heart of SE1.You will take full ownership of the corporate sales function—leading from the front while inspiring your team to achieve ambitious growth targets. Leading, coaching, and inspiring a proactive sales teamDevising and executing a high-impact commercial strategyGenerating new business from corporate, agency, and private sectorsResponding creatively to bespoke client briefs and event inquiriesPitching, negotiating, and closing high-value event contracts with confidencePresenting insightful sales performance and forecasts to senior leadershipEnsuring a seamless client journey from first contact to event deliveryUpholding compliance and risk management standards across all contractsThis is a full-time, onsite role in London SE1, where you''ll be immersed in a fast-paced, vibrant events environment. Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend attendance at major events is expected.We''re looking for an inspirational sales leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent commercial instincts, and a passion for the events and hospitality industry. At least 5 years'' experience in event sales, venue hire, hospitality, or experiential marketingProven success in meeting and exceeding sales and GP targetsAn established network of corporate clients, agencies, and event decision-makersOutstanding negotiation, commercial, and relationship-building skillsStrategic and analytical thinking skills with strong CRM proficiency (Event Temple/Salesforce)Ability to deliver creative event solutions to diverse client needsConfidence working with financials, KPIs, and business development strategiesExperience in a creative, lifestyle-led, or culturally rich environment will be a strong advantage.You''ll step into a business defined by innovation, culture, and creativity—offering you the opportunity to make a real commercial impact.
