Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value. Convert qualified inbound and marketing-generated leads into new business. Own the full sales journey, from initial conversation through to close and successful onboarding. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer challenges and recommending solutions that deliver real value. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts. Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring excellent sales discipline. Collaborate with marketing, SDRs and internal teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
