Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join their Before the Event (BTE) Legal Expenses Insurance team in Manchester. The Role As a Legal Expenses Insurance Claims Handler, you will manage a caseload of BTE claims from initial notification through to settlement. You will assess policy coverage, interpret wordings, and deliver a consistently high level of service to clients, intermediaries, and third parties. Policy interpretation and coverage assessment are central to this role and will form part of the interview process. Key Responsibilities Manage legal expenses insurance claims from notification to settlement. Assess claims against policy wordings to determine coverage and liability.
