Customer Service Coordinator - Temporary positionHourly Rate: 15.00 per hour Start Date: ASAPDuration: for 3 months with a possibility to be extendedLocation: Staines, fully office Based - 5 days a weekWe are currently recruiting for an experienced and organised Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced customer service team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience supporting and helping customers with queries and complaints.You must be confident working within a fast paced environment and be able to hit the ground running from day 1. The RoleAs a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and cases from initial logging through to completion. You''ll coordinate appointments, liaise with internal teams and contractors, maintain accurate records, and ensure all issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.This role will involve regular use of Salesforce and other internal systems, alongside supporting the wider team with administration, inbox management, and incoming customer calls.Key ResponsibilitiesLog, monitor, and manage customer cases through to resolutionCoordinate appointments Track progress and maintain accurate records and spreadsheetsSupport inspections administration and reporting processesAssist with incoming customer calls and shared inbox managementEnsure excellent customer service is delivered at all timesUse Salesforce and internal systems to manage workloads ..... full job details .....
