Job Title: Senior/Principal Terrestrial BNG SpecialistLocation: Epsom (Remote/Hybrid options available)About the Role:As a Senior/Principal Terrestrial BNG Specialist, you will have the opportunity to lead nationally significant infrastructure projects, working on a variety of high-profile and award-winning initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of nature-based solutions and BNG principles within the projects, helping clients work towards a nature-positive future. Your expertise will contribute to impactful projects that benefit both biodiversity and society at large.Key Responsibilities:Lead on large-scale infrastructure projects, managing project programmes and budgets.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders to deliver successful ecological outcomes.Conduct and oversee field surveys, interpreting and analyzing survey results.Design and coordinate ecological mitigation strategies.Author and review a wide range of ecological reports, including BNG assessments, management plans, and other ecological documents.Manage work inquiries, assist in preparing bids, and help build strong client relationships.Contribute to the growth and development of the ecological portfolio in the Southern region, engaging with both internal and external clients.What You Can Bring:Membership of CIEEM or equivalent, with chartership (CEcol or CEnv) preferred (AtkinsR alis covers membership costs).A degree in ecology or a related field ..... full job details .....
