You will be responsible for laminating, vacuum bagging, mould preparation, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities- Manufacture composite laminated components in accordance with laminate schedules, technical drawings, and work instructions.- Carry out laminating, vacuum bagging, and mould preparation activities to a high standard.- Prepare, maintain, and repair moulds as required.- Operate autoclaves and follow established production processes and procedures.- Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.- Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all health, safety, and quality requirements.- Support other production activities and departments as business needs require.- Identify potential issues and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
