This role is ideal for individuals with experience supporting students with challenging behaviour or Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role As a Behaviour Support, you will provide crucial on-call support across the school day. When students become disruptive or are struggling in class, you''ll be called to safely remove them from lessons, help them regulate their emotions, and support them in returning to learning as quickly as possible.
