Commercial Property Associate – 6-Month Fixed Term ContractTop 100 London Law FirmOur client, a leading Top 100 London law firm, is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Real Estate department on a 6-month fixed term contract.The firm’s Real Estate practice offers comprehensive property-related legal services, supporting a broad spectrum of clients including those in the retail, hospitality, investment, and development sectors. The Commercial Property team advises on a wide range of non-contentious matters such as acquisitions and disposals, development projects, portfolio management, and landlord and tenant issues.Recent work includes:Site acquisitions for residential and student accommodation developmentsAdvising on the expansion of national and international retail and leisure businessesSupporting investment funds with commercial property acquisitionsRefinancing of property portfolios across various asset classesThe Role

You will work closely with senior fee earners, contributing to a variety of matters with scope for matter ownership from the outset.Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing Options, Promotion Agreements, and Overage AgreementsManaging site acquisitions conditional on planningHandling new and renewal leasesAssisting with Certificates of TitleAdvising on commercial acquisitions and disposalsReviewing Heads of Terms, contracts, and title documentationManaging enquiries, searches, and post-completion tasksLiaising with clients, solicitors, and internal stakeholdersMaintaining client matter schedulesParticipating in business development and CPD activitiesAbout You
