Planner / Programmer - Pre Construction My client is a leading construction contractor based in East London, specializing in delivering high-quality construction, refurbishment, and project management services. These sectors are diverse and include health, education, residential, leisure, government, commercial and retail projects. They currently need a planner / programmer to work in the bid team and produce construction programmes for their tenders. The programmes will be for projects completed under a JCT or NEC contract from traditional to full DandB projects, single stage and 2 stage tendering. The planner will not be expected to manage the programmes for live projects. Projects range in value from c500k to 10m. IT requirements: Currently using Microsoft Project but happy consider other software options. You will work closely with the Pre Construction Team in a supportive environment, working on a range of intesting projects. You would have ideally worked for a medium sized contractor, with a stable career history. It is essential that you have permanent right to UK.
