This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced payroll function, supporting the accurate and timely delivery of weekly and monthly payrolls.Key responsibilities:Assisting with the processing of weekly and monthly payrollsCollating and inputting payroll data including new starters, leavers and contractual changesSetting up new employees on the payroll system, including weekly paid individualsProcessing payroll adjustments such as allowances, deductions and benefitsSupporting Senior Payroll Officers with day-to-day payroll administration tasksMaintaining accurate records and ensuring payroll data is up to dateKey requirements:Previous administrative experience, ideally within payroll or financeStrong attention to detail and high levels of accuracyExcellent organisational and time management skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaborativelyAbility to handle confidential information with discretionA proactive approach and willingness to learn new systemsWhat you''ll gain:Valuable payroll experience in a well-established organisationExposure to both weekly and monthly payroll processesA supportive team ..... full job details .....
