With offices across the South East, London, and Cumbria, the firm advises a nationwide client base, including individual leaseholders, resident groups, managing agents, and freeholders. This role offers exposure to a variety of matters while allowing you to progress within a growing specialist team. Key ResponsibilitiesManage your own caseload of leasehold enfranchisement matters, including:Lease extensions (statutory and voluntary)Collective enfranchisementRight to manage and freehold purchasesRelated disputesAct for both leaseholders and landlords under supervision and guidance.Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients.Contribute to the growth of the leasehold enfranchisement practice.Support senior colleagues and collaborate with the wider team.
