Production Administrator We are currently recruiting for a really exciting new role for one of our prestigious client s based in Central Birmingham. This role will be a customer focused administration role. You will be based on the factory shop floor reporting directly into the production manager. You will be an integral part of the team liaison between the client and internal managers . Your role will be to report on the progression of orders for the clients. Your main purpose of the role is to monitor and drive forward the progression of jobs to deliver a timely and effective service. This will be a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.General Duties Speaking to clients and customers in regards status of there orders via phone or emailProduce and maintain monthly KPI reports to track performance, progress, and key metricsMonitor workflow and ensure all jobs are progressing according to planReporting into the production manager with any issues or possible delays and offering resolutionsLiaising with line managers daily to see current status with orders and update clientsUpdating the information on to the inhouse systemChase any outstanding partsUpdate schedules on the systemsMonitoring and driving all of the jobs forwardMake sure every order is delivered effectively and in a timely mannerResolve or offer any solutions if requiredAchieve the inhouse targets and KPI S that are set daily and weeklySkills and Experience needed You must have a minimum of 2 years ..... full job details .....
