The role will involve providing high-quality care and support to students with a range of needs, including physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and mental health challenges. We are committed to providing a person-centred approach to care, and we are looking for someone who can deliver this in a warm and inclusive setting. Additionally, flexible bank options are available for day-to-day calls.Key Responsibilities of a Support Worker:• Provide personalised support to students with a variety of physical, emotional, and developmental needs.• Assist students with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and feeding, as needed.• Support students with daily living activities, fostering independence and promoting a sense of well-being.• Work closely with colleagues, families, and other professionals to create and implement care plans that meet the specific needs of each student.• Encourage and facilitate social interactions, community involvement, and leisure activities to improve quality of life.• Provide emotional support and build trusting, respectful relationships with students to ensure their safety and comfort.• Document and report changes in students'' health, behaviour, or well-being as required.Requirements for the Support ..... full job details .....
