NPP are recruiting for a permanent site manager to perform duties for a market leader on long term social housing kitchen and bathroom re-fit projects around central and South /Birmingham. Candidates would need a strong background in a similar role and be able to liase with the client, sub-contractors and clients. Duties Lead works on kitchen and bathroom projects Ensure health and safety is adhered to RAM''s Maintaining up to date site, health and safety records Ensure client and customer satisfaction Motivate and Manage sub-contractors and operatives Hold and lead regular site planning meetings Requirements SMSTS CSCS First Aid Scaffold Inspection Level 4 qualification (NVQ or HNC) Relevant experience on social housing projects The client offers a competitive salary reflecting experience, profit related bonus, vehicle allowance, other bonuses, healthcare, discounted gym membership.
