Based in the Leeds office, you will be joining an already established commercial team. Your new role As a commercial building surveyor within the team, you need to be able to demonstrate that you can prepare and submit applications for consent to local authority planning and building control departments, fire officers, licencing justices, freeholders, etc., as required, and also be aware of the regulations for the Building Safety Act. Contract Administration of various contract types, predominantly JCT, will also be an essential part of the role.
