The academy promotes a collaborative and welcoming culture, with a strong focus on high-quality teaching, learning and ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive. The academy is looking to appoint an SEN LSA on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week during term time plus one week. The successful SEN LSA will provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs, disabilities or specific medical needs, including administering medication following appropriate training.
