Registered Home Manager Children''s Residential Services Location: Merstham Salary: £49,749 - £59,482 + Bonus Scheme for Ofsted RatingPension Scheme Full-Time PermanentAre you a passionate and experienced leader ready to take on the challenge of opening and managing a new children s residential home?We re working with a reputable children s care provider to recruit a Registered Home Manager for a new home supporting up to 4 children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, and some mental health needs. You ll lead a team of 10 staff, with 3 on shift at any one time, and play a central role in creating a safe, therapeutic and high-performing environment from day one. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Lead the launch and day-to-day running of the home, embedding a strong and supportive team culture.Ofsted Excellence: Facilitate care and operational standards that aim for Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspection outcomes with a bonus scheme in place when achieved.Safeguarding and Wellbeing: Promote recovery, resilience and healthy development for each young person through therapeutic and individualised support.Staff Oversight: Manage, support and develop a team of 10 staff, including rotas, supervision, appraisals and training.Compliance and Engagement: Maintain full regulatory compliance and build effective relationships with professionals, families, and local authorities.
