Working as part of a dedicated and experienced team, you will provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and empowered to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. About the Role Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider SEN support team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language Needs, SEMH, and Complex Learning Needs Supporting pupils to access learning through personalised interventions and differentiated activities Assisting with the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) Encouraging independence, communication, and social interaction throughout the school day Supporting pupils with emotional regulation using positive behaviour management strategies Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment Working ..... full job details .....
