They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.You will be involved in:Own the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for QualityFunctionally manage the Quality Engineers across both business areas Own the Quality Engineering command media (for example non-conformance process, control plans and quarantine) ensuring they are reviewed and updated regularlyUpskill the team to meet the needs of the projects - identify and deliver trainingPoint of contact for Quality Engineering metric corrective actions coming out of reviewsDrive continuous improvement to lean the processesYour skillset may include:Significant experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing, aerospace, defence, or other highly regulated environmentStrong understanding of quality management systems, quality assurance methodologies, and ..... full job details .....
