• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Profile

A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:

• A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience in management accounting within the not-for-profit sector or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes.
• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
