My Client is a Mechanical Contractor working within the Commercial Office fit out sector. They are looking for an experienced Mechanical PM, capable of taking projects from inception to completion. Project values from £1M to £5M and experience of HVAC installation on office fit out essential. Ideally HNC/HND qualification in Mechanical Building Services, SMSTS card holder. There is an opportunity to develop a long standing career within the business as it continues to grow, leading to Senior PM, Contracts Manager opportunities.
