We are working with a well-established and growing property services business seeking to appoint a Head of RCA Surveying to lead and develop a national team. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for both technical delivery and team performance. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving quality, consistency and growth across a specialist surveying function, while acting as a trusted support to the senior leadership team. The Role Lead and manage a national team of RCA Surveyors Oversee the delivery of high-quality reinstatement cost assessments and associated reporting Provide technical leadership and guidance across the team Support complex or high-value instructions where required Work closely with senior leadership on process improvement and operational efficiency Ensure all work is delivered in line with RICS standards, company procedures and legal requirements Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients Contribute to business development, identifying opportunities to expand services and win new work Drive team performance, capability development and continuous improvement This is a hands-on leadership role, combining operational oversight with technical involvement.
