What you''ll be doing:Menu Planning and Execution - Deliver menus tailored to customer preferences, ensuring top-quality food presentation while managing portion control and minimizing waste.Stock and Cost Management - Monitor inventory levels, place sensible orders, and control costs effectively.Customer Engagement - Build strong relationships with clients and customers, gathering feedback to enhance service.Health and Safety Compliance - Maintain a safety-first culture, ensuring all food safety regulations and policies are followed.Financial Oversight - Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
