The purpose of the new role will be to increase sales in line with a business plan through the sale of internal and supply chain partner waste services. You will be responsible for leading the development of all non-brokered commercial waste customers. Working closely with the commercial waste operational team, you will generate new client relationships, develop a new business pipeline and oversea the bid submission for strategic customers. Resposabilities: Maintaining and growing a sales pipeline that delivers the required business growth. Building relationships with larger organisations, to build an understanding of the business prior to bid release. Selling waste services into SMEs via multiple routes Work with the companies senior management to develop our product offering. Work with operational and account management teams to generate innovation projects and case studies. Generate new leads through industry networking, conferences, expositions, LinkedIn, and other media. Ensuring all leads are regularly followed up and activities recorded in CRM. Take responsibility for collaborating with potential clients to develop opportunities through to bid submission working alongside the Bid team. Plan, prepare and deliver presentations at industry events and conferences to promote the value of doing business with the company Work with directors and finance staff to forecast sales targets and ensure these can be met.
