Office based with occasional client visits aprox 1-2 per month

We are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager from an electronics background to join our growing commercial team.

This strategic role focuses on managing and expanding key customer accounts in the electronics and manufacturing sectors. You will build strong relationships, understand technical needs, deliver tailored component solutions, and contribute to the long-term commercial growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your designated accounts
• Develop strong relationships with customers so that we are a valued business partner
• Conduct professional Quarterly Business reviews (QBRs)
• Lead forecast and stock management to meet customer need and optimise inventory
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless service delivery

Candidate Profile

• Essential: Experience of account management within an electronics manufacturer or distributor
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
• Excellent communicator with high commercial acumen
• Good understanding of electronics products
• Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple high-value accounts
