The successful candidate will be responsible for producing sand cores used in the manufacture of high-integrity metal castings for a range of engineering applications, including automotive and industrial components. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that production meets both internal quality standards and customer specifications, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities:Follow production schedules and work flow plans to meet output targets.Set up and operate core-making equipment, including inputting settings and positioning tooling.Produce cores in line with specified quality standards and customer requirements.Carry out core finishing activities such as dressing, venting, and repairing minor defects.Identify and report non-conforming products or process issues.Inspect equipment and tooling prior to use and report any faults.Ensure all work complies with company procedures, standards, and quality requirements.Accurately complete production records and core processing documentation.Use measuring tools such as gauges and jigs where required.Work ..... full job details .....
