This is an excellent opportunity to work flexibly while handling a quality caseload, with supervisory element of a junior solicitor. Position OverviewAs a Commercial Property Locum Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of work including buying and selling of commercial property and land, landlord and tenant, option agreements, conditional contracts, agricultural land, development work, leases and licences, etc. The role is to start ASAP for an initial 3 months, on a part time 3 or 4 day per week basis.
