As a

Public Area Attendant , youll be part of our housekeeping team, responsible for maintaining beautifully clean and attractive hotel spaces

from lobbies and restaurants to guest corridors and back-of-house areas. More than just cleaning, this role is about delivering

attentive, courteous, and efficient service , ensuring every guest feels welcomed in a flawless environment.What Youll Do

Clean and maintain public spaces: lobby, reception, restaurants, bars, offices, guest corridors, restrooms, lifts, and staff areas.

Carry out daily cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture and fixtures, and removing waste.

Perform deep cleaning and spring cleaning tasks as scheduled.

Maintain and report on equipment to ensure it is clean, safe, and in good working order.

Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, anticipating needs to ensure exceptional service.

Follow proper

Lost and Found

procedures and immediately report any maintenance issues.

Attend pre-shift meetings and collaborate with your team to deliver seamless service.

Uphold safety, cleanliness, and grooming standards while maintaining confidentiality of guest and company information.

Passionate about cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.

Hardworking, detail-oriented, and dependable.

Flexible and able to meet the demands of a 24-hour luxury operation.
