The school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment for children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN). A dedicated team of staff works closely with students, families, and external professionals to ensure that individual needs are met and that every learner is encouraged to achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities: Support students with autism and other SEN or Complex Needs in accessing the curriculum, promoting both academic and personal development. Assist with the delivery of individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies. Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, tailoring approaches to their specific needs. Help students develop essential social and communication skills, encouraging independence and self-esteem. Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child''s learning and wellbeing.
