Contracts Manager (Repairs and Maintenance) Location: Thame United Infrastructure is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance contracts within the Social Housing sector. Key Responsibilities Manage responsive repairs, voids, disrepair, and maintenance contracts. Lead operational teams to achieve performance, quality, and budget targets. Monitor contract profitability, KPIs, and compliance requirements. Manage client, resident, and stakeholder relationships. Oversee SOR contracts, variations, valuations, and commercial controls. Ensure Health and Safety compliance and high customer satisfaction. Support business growth and develop team performance. Requirements Proven Contracts Manager experience within Social Housing. Strong background in repairs, maintenance, voids, or property services. Schedule of Rates (SOR) experience essential. Strong commercial and financial management skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable SMSTS (or willingness to obtain). Construction or management qualification.
