As Health and Safety Advisor, you will lead and champion Health and Safety across a diverse 24/7 multi-user Harlow distribution operation, for our Home Delivery Network. Ensuring compliance with UK legislation, driving the GXO Road to Zero philosophy, and fostering a proactive culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement. Working closely with site leadership and regional stakeholders, you will influence safety performance, manage risk, support audits and compliance activities, and help create a safe and healthy working environment across the site and wider regional network. This is a full time, permanent position with contracted hours of 40 per week. Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30 - with flexibility required for business needs.
