Our client is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Lead to deliver modern, automated Configuration Management (CM) systems for complex defence projects. You will provide technical leadership, supporting and developing a high-performing CM team, while championing continuous improvement and innovation. Responsibilities Developing and maintaining scalable CM processes Overseeing robust change control and version management (using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira) Ensuring full lifecycle integrity of Configurable Items (CIs) Collaborating across engineering, programmes, quality, and operations Ensuring transparent, real-time configuration data and compliance with Def Stan 05-57, ISO10007, and EN9100 standards Qualifications Relevant degree (CMII or CM2-P preferred) Required Skills Proven experience in configuration management Lifecycle management Automation and collaboration Expertise in change management and version control Strong communication and organisational skills Strategic mindset Eligibility for SC Clearance Experience in defence projects If you are ready to shape the future of naval technology and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions in a mission-critical environment, we want to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
