Job Title: Document/IT Administrator Department: Commercial Reports To: Construction Administrator Location: Office-based (with occasional travel to sites as required) Job Purpose: The Document/IT Administrator is responsible for supporting the Commercial Department through a range of administrative, IT, and documentation tasks. The role ensures the smooth operation of internal processes by managing systems, equipment, and project documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities: Set up and configure IT/phone equipment for site and office staff Maintain an up-to-date asset register for all IT equipment Apply for warranties and keep associated records Convert project data into clear, user-friendly reports or documents Manage document control: scan, copy, distribute, and track revisions Liaise with project teams to ensure compliance with documentation standards Assist with the monitoring of digital quality control systems (e.g., Field View) Use office software including spreadsheets, databases, and email systems Attend internal/external meetings and support events as required Process timesheets, expense claims, and purchase orders on time Provide general administrative support to the department Additional Duties: Act as a liaison between clients, suppliers, and staff Handle incoming calls and welcome visitors Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by management Skills and Qualifications: Essential: Strong administrative experience ..... full job details .....
