Responsibilities

Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systemsPerform Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm testingMaintain HVAC systems and associated plant room equipmentService and repair pumps, motors, and related componentsKeep accurate service records using a PDA systemLiaise with subcontractors for specialised tasksEnsure all work complies with Health and Safety and site regulationsConduct inspections and pre-empt potential issues

Qualifications

City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)18th Edition Wiring RegulationsProven experience in commercial building maintenanceStrong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach
