This capability will enable the management of evidence requirements, the issuing of information requests, and the secure collection of evidence from customers and third parties through multiple digital channels. The role will focus on identifying the most effective solution within an existing Microsoft and Azure technology estate, balancing user experience, security, scalability, operational efficiency, and long-term maintainability.
