Senior Quantity Surveyor

with expertise in

Mechanical and Electrical (MandE)

to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of quantity surveying for MandE projects from inception to completion.Produce monthly interim valuations.Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for MandE projects.Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective project execution.Monitor project progress, assess cost performance, and identify potential cost overruns.Handle procurement processes, including preparation of tender documentation and analysis of contractor bids.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.Review and manage change orders, claims, and variations to ensure project costs are controlled.Requirements

Bachelor''s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Strong knowledge of MandE systems and components, as well as the construction process.Excellent understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration in MandE projects.Proficiency in using industry-standard software.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Why Join Us?
