Our client, a small, family-run business that is well established within the construction sector, is recruiting for a Part Time Compliance Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis, based near Quedgeley. This is a varied role that combines administration with compliance management, playing a key part in ensuring the business meets its Health and Safety and regulatory requirements. Working closely with the Managing Director and wider team to assist in keeping documentation and processes running smoothly while supporting the ongoing success of the business. To apply for this position you must have previous administration experience working within the construction industry ideally with an understanding of compliance, building regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities/Duties: Coordinate company compliance across Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental and Building Safety requirements Maintain compliance platforms, accreditations and client portals Prepare and manage RAMS, PQQs, policies, procedures and compliance documentation Monitor legislative and certification requirements, ensuring company documentation remains current and compliant Coordinate Health and Safety audits, inspections, statutory testing and external visits Manage Toolbox Talks, accident reporting, compliance records and document control ..... full job details .....
