Reporting to the Deputy Development Finance Director you''ll support the relevant Project Leadership team in progressing through all necessary governance sign-off gates (planning, sales, leasing, budget price, contract price etc) in line with the vision, brief and business plan/commercial assessment and financial hurdles. You''ll act as a key interface with the Latimer Commercial and Procurement Team and a key contributor to the commercial strategy and business plan for the successful delivery of the project. This role requires you to provide strategic advice on transitioning the aspirations of the Business Plan into deliverable outcomes, working with all stakeholders to deliver the project vision - likely to include sourcing joint venture partners or build partners from the core business of delivering homes. This will include the delivery of infrastructure and review of alternative land uses on the scheme.
