We are looking for an experienced environmental professional with team management skills to lead our Environmental Management team in London. Key growth areas include Water, Energy, and Local Authorities sectors.This role offers excellent career development opportunities. You will collaborate with technical specialists, lead Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), develop new business, and mentor colleagues.The ideal candidate will hold a degree in environmental or related sciences, with comprehensive technical expertise in EIA and environmental management, and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.Responsibilities:Lead coordination and delivery of environmental projects including EIA, options appraisals, and management.Manage a team of environmental professionals and coordinate team operations.Oversee project programmes and budgets.Promote high environmental standards within multidisciplinary projects.Manage client relationships, lead bid preparations, develop business, and mentor staff.Requirements:Degree or Master’s in environmental or science discipline.Chartered status with relevant experience, preferably in consultancy.Experience with major infrastructure projects.Deep understanding of the EIA process and technical expertise.Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams, report writing, and presentation skills.What We Offer:Flexible working arrangements, a supportive environment for career growth, competitive salary, 25 days leave plus holidays, and benefits.
