A leading specialist and luxury Tour Operator is seeking an experienced Aftersales and Customer Service Consultant to join their team.A key role in contributing to the smooth-running of the Aftersales and Operations department with specific responsibility for providing an exemplary pre and post-sale service to our customers and maintaining professional working relationships with our supplier partners.This is a premium high-end tour operator and delivering excellent customer service is of the upmost importance to them; their goal is to create unforgettable holiday experiences for clients, and keep them coming back to us year after year. This position is on a hybrid working model, however slightly different with 2 days office and 3 days at home! JOB DESCRIPTION:A key role in contributing to the smooth-running of the Aftersales and Operations department with specific responsibility for providing an exemplary pre and post-sale service to our customers and maintaining professional working relationships with our supplier partners.Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each callAnswer incoming customer emails and take appropriate action for each emailInput data into the reservation system platform to keep each existing customer record updated and to enter new records when appropriateLiaise with suppliers to fulfil the customer request - e.g. flight seats, airport assistanceWork with the Operations team to fulfil customer requests - e.g. extra hotel ..... full job details .....
