Responsibilities Deliver face-to-face and remote desktop support to internal users. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues. Build, configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Support Office 365, Windows 10/11, and common business applications. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and procedures. Provide excellent customer service with a user-first mindset. Experience Previous experience in a desktop support or IT technician role. Strong understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking.
