We''re looking for a proactive and detail-obsessed Finance Assistant to take end-to-end ownership of our corporate credit card operations. You''ll take charge of all card management — knowing every detail, ensuring smooth processing, improving approval flows, and driving cost control.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership of corporate card operations: issuance, approvals, reconciliations, reportingInvestigate and resolve issues with precision and speedImprove approval flows, cost tracking, and processesCollaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to spot opportunities and optimize spendLead finance projects to enhance operational efficiency, control frameworks, and reporting qualitySupport wider finance functions as neededBe a positive, proactive team player

Who Will You Report to?

You will be reporting to the Finance Manager at PetLab Co., and we''re thrilled to bring someone into the team who''s passionate about operational excellence. As we scale globally, managing our corporate credit card program has become increasingly critical—not just for smooth processing, but for ensuring we''re spending smartly, staying compliant, and constantly improving.

We need someone eager, curious, ownership-driven, but hungry to learn and help the whole team thrive. You''ll partner closely with me to identify areas for improvement, automate manual steps, and bring best-in-class cost control to the business.

Requirements

6 months - 1 year experience in a finance-related role preferrable, ideally with exposure to card payments or financial operationsEducational background in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline is valuedPassion for ownership, improvement, and learningCollaborative team player, with adaptable and proactive approachExceptional attention to detail and strong communicative skillsExcited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentGenuine interest in pursuing further accountancy qualifications. (ACCA/CIMA)
