our client a leading high speed craft and aluminium ship builder is looking for multiple Aluminium Welders with Mig experience.Ltd, 40 hour a week contract with the potential for overtime.tasks: Aluminum MIG Welding: Produce strong, clean MIG welds on aluminum structures used in marine applications.Fabrication and Assembly: Fit, tack, and assemble aluminum parts including hull sections, frames, decks, and bulkheads.Blueprint Interpretation: Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and build plans accurately.Equipment Operation: Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment, including wire changes and machine tuning.Quality and Safety Compliance: Inspect welds to ensure they meet marine industry standards while maintaining a safe work environment.Finishing and Prep: Grind, smooth, and clean welded areas using hand and power tools to achieve proper surface finish.Previous experience in a Marine or Heavy industry prefered. previous codings desired however the company will also provide these. ..... full job details .....
