Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget

• Prepare tenders, review contracts, and produce cash flow forecasts

• Manage subcontractor procurement and monitor project variations

• Ensure compliance with contracts, health & safety, and quality standards

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues

About You:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (fit-out/joinery experience desirable)

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)

• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Motivated, organised, and confident working to deadlines
