Registered Manager Key Responsibilities. Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of the service Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, particularly: o Safe Care and Treatment (Reg 12) o Good Governance (Reg 17) Lead on audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement Oversee: o Care planning and risk assessments o Incident management and learning culture o Staff supervision, competency and development Prepare for and confidently manage CQC inspections Drive a positive, person-centred culture across the service What We re Looking For as the Registered Manager Essential: Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care Strong working knowledge of Care Quality Commission standards Proven experience in: o Governance systems o Auditing and quality ..... full job details .....
