Location: East DulwichRole: Cover SupervisorSalary: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)Start date: ASAPContract: Long-term / ongoing (with potential for extension) As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects.Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.Support pupils to stay on task and engaged with their learning.Follow school policies and procedures at all times. The ideal candidate will: Be confident managing behaviour in a classroom setting.Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Be calm, organised and adaptable.Enjoy working with secondary-aged boys.Have experience working with young people (education, youth work, coaching or similar).
